Job Description:

As a Project Lead at Stratosphere Quality, you will be responsible for overseeing project set up, managing customer deliverables, and supervising team members. You will also be involved in ongoing training with the team to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees.

You will travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses to supervise quality inspectors and ensure that all teams are operating according to standards and requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all teams within assigned locations are operating according to standards and requirements, including safety.
  • Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project.
  • Manage customer relationships and complete required training classes.
  • Follow all employee policies and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • A positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • An associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Experience with business-to-business customer relations.
