About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our TJ Maxx team as a Backroom Associate. As a Backroom Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our store's backroom operations.




  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Responsible for processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, adhering to company procedures and standards.
  • Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
  • Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
  • Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.


Requirements:


We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent customer service skills, able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, and has strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
