Core Responsibilities:

As an Insurance Sales Representative, your duties will include:

  • Marketing and selling various insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance policies.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Conducting prospecting activities to expand the client base.
  • Providing clients with comprehensive and accurate information regarding insurance options.
  • Assisting clients with the insurance claims process and offering support throughout.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail or outside sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
  • Possession of IL Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses.
  • No felony or gross misdemeanor convictions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
