Home Health Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Florida. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
- Conduct home visits to assess patient conditions and provide necessary care
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Document patient observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in FL
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
