About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Florida.

This role involves providing high-quality home health care to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in territories throughout Eastern Jacksonville, FL/Beaches area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as per the client's needs
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
  • Develop and maintain a designated care plan in accordance with the client's needs
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
