Job Description

As a Culture Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling internal campaigns, events, and materials that engage employees and reinforce our cultural values. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution of culture initiatives and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Graphic Design & Multimedia Content Creation: Design visually appealing emails, newsletters, and digital content that communicate key company messages and culture initiatives. Develop presentations and campaigns focusing on visual storytelling, aligning with our brand's aesthetic. Create infographics, videos, and other engaging content highlighting employee achievements, milestones, and company values.
  2. Event & Audio-Visual Support: Assist with event audio-visual operations, including video streaming and presentation technology. Provide on-site event and AV support for internal events such as family meetings and other corporate gatherings. Edit videos for internal use, showcasing event highlights, cultural initiatives, or internal announcements.
  3. Copywriting & Internal Communication: Write engaging, clear, and brand-aligned copy for newsletters, announcements, presentations, and campaign materials. Ensure all communications reflect our company's values and voice.
  4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement: Partner with multiple internal teams to execute culture initiatives and campaigns seamlessly. Support the Culture Experience Manager in brainstorming and executing new ideas to enhance employee engagement.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or communications; experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in learning AV technology, event streaming, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a creative flair for storytelling.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
