- Network Security and Management: Work with Sonicwall Firewalls and SMA, manage VPN systems, and ensure information security requirements are met.

- Virtualization and Cloud Computing: Implement and maintain VMWare environments, including SRA over VMWare.
- Network Design and Deployment: Design and deploy functional networks, including LAN, WLAN, and WAN.
- Data Center Operations: Ensure operational integrity, reliability, and maintenance of data center equipment, including regular support and break-fix services.
- Automation and Monitoring: Automate tasks and monitor effectiveness, resolving escalated issues from cloud and local infrastructure.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor team members on technical issues, create and test security measures, and interact with clients to address and resolve issues.
- Documentation and Support: Maintain technical documentation, support end-user hardware and software, and suggest improvements to network performance and scalability.
- Access Control and Facility Security: Manage access controls, CCTV, and firefighting systems, and ensure facility security through physical checks and monitoring systems.
- Vendor Management and Travel: Travel to U.S. offices as required and interact with vendors for hardware, software, and license procurement.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in IT, IT security, and physical security, with strong vendor management experience.
- Strong technical skills in implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining servers, workstations, firewalls, networks, and related equipment.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Windows OS, Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Must pass a 10-year background check and drug screen.
- Associate's degree in a technology-related field or 5-6 years of equivalent training and experience.
- One or more of the following certifications: Microsoft certification, A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, Security+ Certification.
