Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Nurse Assistant to join our team at Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab. As a key member of our inter-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures.
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, in accordance with the established Care Plan.
  • Ensure that all residents are out of bed according to the established Care Plan.
  • Interact with residents, family members, co-workers, and clinical and ancillary staff in a non-judgmental, supportive, and calm manner.
  • Additional duties as assigned to follow the Care Plan.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred.
  • Must possess an active Licensed Nurse Assistant Certification; having successfully completed a State approved training program and necessary examination.
  • Must provide documentation of certification upon application for a position.
Work Environment

Long term care, nursing home setting.

Shift and Schedule

Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available. Rotating weekends and varied shifts.
