LNA Job Details

At Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Nurse Assistant to join our team. As an LNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents with diverse needs, including therapeutic, neuro, and dementia care, as well as dialysis, IV therapy, and wound care.
  • Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in accordance with their established care plans.
  • Ensure residents are out of bed according to their care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and interact with residents, family members, and colleagues in a professional and compassionate manner.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Active Licensed Nurse Assistant certification, obtained through a state-approved training program and examination.
  • Documentation of certification required upon application.
