Job Title: Senior Account Director - Demand Generation

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Director to join our team at Data Axle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships, growing new business, and retaining existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain primary responsibility for key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and growth.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on assigned clients and their business, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Build effective partnership relationships with key individuals, including decision-makers within the appropriate segments.
  • Coordinate client updates with the Sales team in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Manage expenses wisely and maintain account relationships.
  • Direct programs from start to finish, including obtaining cost estimates, preparing contracts, and developing procedures to assist in the organization of information.
  • Communicate client objectives for each program and translate difficult and technical needs to Operations for successful execution.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of all Company products, services, and systems to successfully service and cultivate accounts.
  • Take initiative to enhance knowledge of the relevant vertical market industry and maintain an extensive knowledge of the Direct Marketing industry in general.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study or equivalent required.
  • 7 to 10 years of sales or account management experience required.
  • Direct marketing experience is preferred.
