Minimum of 8 years of experience in various aspects of IT Operations.
At least 4 years of experience in overseeing and/or guiding technical teams.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting J2EE applications, web servers, and middleware components such as Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, MQ, JBoss, and Apache/Sun ONE.
At least 2 years of experience in analyzing J2EE applications and web server network statistics using monitoring tools like Wily/CA Introscope, Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, or HP OpenView.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with a solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, particularly in Incident, Problem, and Change/Release management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational, planning, and execution capabilities.
Proven experience in troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with various stakeholders, including technical architects and leadership, to resolve challenges.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure systems, processes, and Continuous Service Improvement as they relate to IT service management.Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities.
Experience in developing strategies to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, and the discernment to escalate issues when necessary.
Availability for on-call support 24/7, with the ability to create staffing forecasts to ensure sufficient support coverage in a continuous operational environment.Capability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (Degree, Experience, Certifications):

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
