Job Summary:
The Patient Hub RN Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Patient Hub, a centralized department that facilitates the transfer of patients from other hospital emergency departments to Pipeline Health hospitals. This position is responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals and ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of patients through the Hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Patient Hub
- Lead a team of dedicated professionals
- Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of patients through the Hub
- Contribute to department operations and communications
- Uphold standards of AIDET patient communication
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field (preferred)
- Current RN License in the State of California
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare management or a related field
- Proven leadership skills and experience in leading and motivating teams
- Strong understanding of patient flow and operational management principles
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
