Tanning Salon Representative Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic sales individual to join our team as a Tanning Salon Representative. This role involves consulting with customers, educating them on our services, and ensuring they receive the best possible experience. You will also handle cash transactions, manage administrative paperwork, and track sales progress. Meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals is a key responsibility, as well as maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences
* Educate customers on our services, including the Golden Rules of Tanning
* Handle cash transactions and manage administrative paperwork
* Track sales progress and meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
* Maintain a clean and organized salon environment

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 18 years of age
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous experience in retail/customer service environments (plus)
* Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7+ hours)
* Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
* Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Palm Beach Tan offers a competitive hourly rate ($13.75 - $18.00), flexible work schedule, free tanning services, and discounts on skincare products.
