At Palm Beach Beauty & Tan - Johnson/Clarke, Inc., we are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sun-Kissed Salon Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for a sales professional who thrives in a commission-driven environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to achieve sales goals and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The Sun-Kissed Salon Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Consulting with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
- Ensuring customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
- Maintaining a clean and organized salon
- Cash handling, opening, and closing business
- Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
Qualified candidates will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
