Job Overview

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a crucial role in our committed team, ensuring that our facilities and infrastructure are properly maintained to deliver exceptional services to our residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct semi-skilled and skilled labor tasks.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
  • Operate and maintain various small gas-powered, electrically driven, and hydraulically operated machinery and equipment.
  • Assist in the upkeep of parks, including lawn mowing, tree trimming, and playground equipment repairs.
  • Support the repair and maintenance of streets and parks.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any safety issues.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable maintenance position.
  • Strong understanding of general maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Proficient in using common hand and power tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of a valid CDL Class B driver's license.
  • Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  • Willingness to work on-call and/or overtime as required.
