**Job Description:**

The Telecommunications Representative works directly with customers to educate them on the telecommunications products and services offered by our clients. This includes engaging with customers in a given territory, establishing and maintaining relationships with consumers, and providing accurate information about our clients' offerings.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to educate them on our clients' products and services.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest telecommunications technologies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Inform customers of ongoing promotions, bundled packages, and special deals.
  • Address and resolve customer objections and concerns to close sales effectively.
  • Present ideas for product improvements or new sales tactics based on customer interactions and market trends.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical information.
  • Driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
