Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of depressive and anxiety-related disorders, as well as other mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans to address their specific needs.
  • Screening and Diagnosis: Provide screening and diagnosis of mental health conditions, including depressive and anxiety-related disorders.
  • Psychotherapy and Counseling: Provide individual and group psychotherapy and counseling services to patients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaboration with Other Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Research and Quality Improvement: Participate in research studies and quality improvement initiatives to improve mental health services and outcomes for patients.
Requirements
  • Education: Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited graduate program in psychology.
  • Licensure: Current and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience as a professional psychologist, with at least one year equivalent to the GS-12 grade level.
