Job Title: Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-C)

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-C) to join our team at PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) NH Care. As a member of our team, you will provide essential psychotherapy services to seniors in our community, making a meaningful impact on their lives.

Job Summary:

As a Psychologist or LCSW/LCSW-C, you will work independently to provide individual and family counseling to clients in nursing homes, assisted care, and other long-term care facilities. You will consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, adhering to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and family counseling to clients in nursing homes, assisted care, and other long-term care facilities.
  • Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
  • Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements:
  • Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care.
  • State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-C) or Psychologist.
  • Availability to work during normal, weekday business hours (no night or weekend calls).
  • Ability to stand for 20 minutes.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds.
