We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Plastic Executive Recruiters. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize breakdowns and disruptions in production processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safety and environmental compliance is maintained.
- Lead a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective use of labor and resources.
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement to enhance quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with operations and management to develop and implement capital expenditure plans for facility and equipment improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and company policies.
- Strong electrical background and experience in maintenance culture of reliability-based maintenance.
- High school diploma required; associate's or technical degree preferred.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer-aided maintenance programs and experience with PLC's, gearboxes, and motors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
