Key Responsibilities- Monitor and administer customer contract requirements, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Review and comprehend government regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and DLA, to ensure compliance.
- Assist in identifying and proposing contract modifications and changes to drive business growth.
- Communicate effectively with AAR staff, clients, and government agencies to ensure seamless contract execution.
- Negotiate prices with customers as authorized by AAR Business Units.
- Track, monitor, and manage quotation files to meet due dates, verifying and removing invalid requirements.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, working closely with Finance, Legal, and Business staff.
- Advise Business Leaders on risks and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or eight years of related experience and/or training.
- Four to seven years of experience in contracts, government affairs, procurement/purchasing, business development, or similar government/defense business discipline.
- Experience with a Government agency is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Defense industry is preferred.
- Strong inter-personal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
