We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Nsight Telservices. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their mobile experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers into our retail stores with a positive and friendly demeanor, creating a memorable first impression.
  • Educate customers on how to use and navigate their devices, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their device and services.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and provide Level 1 troubleshooting assistance, including device cleaning, Bluetooth setup, and software updates.
  • Assist customers with data transfers, contacts, and other phone content.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to billing and other questions.
  • Assist with insurance claims, loaner devices, and voicemail setup.
  • Stay up-to-date on our full product offerings and services, serving as a resident expert for all Nsight Telservices products.
  • Learn and navigate our systems to assist with troubleshooting, sales, and inventory management.
  • Assist with cycle counts and month-end inventory counts.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including loaner certification, receiving inventory, and managing shipments.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • Three years' customer service experience required.
  • Wireless phone use experience is required.
  • Computer knowledge required.
