Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Keolis. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including compressors, motors, and pneumatic tools.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues using technical documentation, manufacturer manuals, and industry best practices.
  • Inspect and replace defective parts, using precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
  • Adjust and calibrate functional parts of devices and control instruments.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and vacuum systems.
  • Work safely and effectively in a multi-tasking environment with changing priorities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity and maintain safe, clean, and code-compliant working environments.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years' experience maintaining large facilities with industrial equipment.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including CMMS/EAM electronic work order tracking systems.
  • Excellent technical, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with maintenance and operation of industrial waste processing, water reclamation, and large commercial reverse osmosis plants.
  • Experience with maintenance and operation of commercial/industrial fueling systems, fuel storage systems, and inventory/regulatory compliance devices.
