Job Title: Shuttle Driver/Bell Attendant

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Shuttle Driver/Bell Attendant to join our team at Auro Hotels. As a Shuttle Driver/Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their luggage is handled with care, and transporting them to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, creating a positive first impression of our hotel.
  • Load and unload guest luggage and other belongings from vehicles, escort guests to and from guest rooms, and transport luggage to and from designated areas.
  • Operate hotel vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to established laws and regulations.
  • Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation arrangements.
  • Maintain effective communication with Bell Staff and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Complete baggage claim tickets, read and match luggage tags to tickets, and detach and give to guests their portion of the claim ticket.
  • Organize and store luggage in designated areas, ensuring it is secure and easily accessible.
  • Transport guests to and from designated locations, using official hotel vehicles, and perform assigned duties associated with guest transportation.
  • Properly maintain and clean hotel vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English.
  • Ability to lift luggage, packages, and boxes from vehicles, buses, vans, and carts, and place items on the ground, onto baggage carts, conveyors, or other vehicles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hotel standards.
