ServeCo Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage incoming purchase orders and new sales opportunities through thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Provide product recommendations, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
- Work with outside sales representatives to address and follow-up on client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process client orders in QuickBooks and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork has been received by the client and is processed properly.
- Access accounts to provide customers with updates or information regarding their latest transactions.
**Requirements:**
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience with QuickBooks.
