We are seeking an experienced Boundary and Topographic Survey Chief to join our team. This role requires 5+ years of experience in boundary and topographic surveys, with a strong understanding of GPS and horizontal control traverses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of large-scale boundary and topographic surveys, including substations and transmission lines, roadway designs, and mixed-use subdivisions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of data collection software and be familiar with specialized training programs. A strong ability to solve field problems and communicate effectively with management and clients is essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of large-scale boundary and topographic surveys
  • Identify horizontal and vertical controls for property boundaries, ROW surveys and topographic locations
  • Gather all necessary field information needed to properly conduct the survey
  • Perform calculations and maintain field records essential to surveys

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in Boundary, Topographic and Utility field surveys
  • Proficiency in use of GPS and horizontal control traverses
  • Valid NJ Driver's License
