Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care.
- Maintain professional accountability for the provision of patient care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
- Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- A current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- The ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with prolonged standing and walking.
