Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Outpatient Services department, you will play a vital role in providing patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional. Your responsibilities will include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement patient care, as well as maintaining professional accountability for the provision of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement patient care
  • Maintain professional accountability for the provision of patient care
  • Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments
  • Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
  • Current LPN license within the hiring state
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IV Certification within 1 year of hire
