Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified civil engineering or civil technician co-op to join our team at CORRE, Inc. This co-op position will provide opportunities for hands-on experience in civil engineering and construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site inspections for construction projects to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Assist engineers with project documentation, including engineering calculations and design plans.
  • Utilize computer-aided drafting software to prepare designs and plan sheets.
  • Support engineers with day-to-day tasks associated with multiple disciplined projects.
  • Assist with survey duties on construction or other projects.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with State Department of Transportation and local agency procedures for construction and design.
  • Experience using Microstation/AutoCAD software or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Understanding of general survey practices and equipment.
  • Ability to travel as needed for team meetings and on-site inspections.
  • Ability to walk and climb over rough terrain and carry up to 40 pounds.
