Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of one or more storage facilities.
  • Build strong customer relationships by assessing their storage requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Enhance sales performance through unit rentals, insurance offerings, and moving supplies.
  • Assist new customers with the rental process and contractual agreements.
  • Manage cash handling, including balancing receipts, pursuing collections, and processing daily deposits.
  • Maintain the facility's cleanliness and uphold high standards through regular maintenance tasks.
  • Work autonomously on daily assignments while collaborating with team members and neighboring locations.
  • Conduct errands for the facility and travel to other sites as needed.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Preferred 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college education is a plus.
