Position Overview

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have a passion for sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment while also being able to work independently.
  • Are innovative thinkers who seek to enhance the customer experience.
  • Possess strong communication skills to understand customer needs.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Bring 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred).
  • Can manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize accordingly.
  • Are physically capable of being mobile on the sales floor and lifting items up to 75 lbs.

Availability Requirements
Part-Time Flex associates must be available for a minimum of two scheduled shifts on weekends and two during the week. Weekend availability must be on separate days.

Physical Requirements
Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and operate the POS system. Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items safely.
