Job Summary

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with refills, pre-bussing tables, and helping with table turns, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our Guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with Food and Beverage Service: Help with refills, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food and beverages to Guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the dining areas are spotlessly clean and adhere to our company's sanitation procedures.
  • Support Server Team: Assist Servers with greeting newly seated Guests, running food and drink orders, and maintaining a high level of Guest satisfaction.
  • Restock and Prepare Supplies: Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and close, ensuring a seamless transition for the next shift.
  • Communicate Effectively: Listen to Guests' orders and needs, and communicate with Guests and other Team Members in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read and communicate in English.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
