Server Ambassador

Join our team at Gaucho Parrilla Argentina as a Server and become an ambassador to our brand. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

• Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Greet and welcome guests promptly, introducing yourself and making them feel at home.
• Menu Knowledge: Answer questions about menu items, policies, and procedures, providing suggestions for menu selections and assisting with dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Order Taking and Delivery: Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverage orders promptly, following up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Payment Processing: Present the check to the guest and process payment, thanking them and offering well wishes upon departure.
• Station Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station, polishing silverware, glassware, and other requisite items for service.
• Communication: Maintain communication with shift supervisors and managers, updating them with critical information and assisting other employees when required.

• Positive and Professional Demeanor: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• General Hygiene: Maintain general hygiene for a healthy lifestyle, adhering to our restaurant's standards.
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, keeping track of multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, listening and understanding guest needs and responding accordingly.
• Responsibility: Demonstrate responsibility with transactions and handling money, maintaining accurate records and adhering to our restaurant's policies.

Requirements: A minimum of one year server experience is required. ServSafe or equivalent certification and RAMP certification are also required.
