Strategic CRM Leader for ESPN

As a seasoned professional in audience and data strategy, you will lead the development of cutting-edge CRM strategies that drive fan engagement and loyalty. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of industry-leading data-driven approaches across various channels, including email, in-app, web, and CTV.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in audience and/or data strategy, with a proven track record of managing complex relationships and negotiating with senior leadership. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field is required. Experience with CRM technology and software capabilities, as well as expertise in data querying/mining, data science, and data analyst, are highly desirable.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $108,404 to $145,420 per year, based on location and qualifications. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, along with a comprehensive benefits program.
