Principal Lecturer: Teacher Education and Administration

We are seeking a highly qualified Principal Lecturer to join our team in the College of Education at the University of North Texas System. This is a full-time, non-tenure track position with a primary focus on teaching and service responsibilities.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a doctoral degree related to school leadership and leadership experience working with principals and central office administrators in school districts. They will be responsible for teaching graduate-level courses in Educational Leadership, advising students, and supervising students in practicum courses.
Responsibilities- Teach graduate-level courses in Educational Leadership
- Advise students in the Educational Leadership program
- Supervise students in practicum courses
- Develop and teach courses in online programs
- Work with doctoral dissertations
- Doctoral degree related to school leadership
- Leadership experience working with principals and central office administrators in school districts
- Teaching certification (in any state) and mid-management administration certification (in any state) are required
