Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.

About the Role:

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient's functional status and occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide evidence-based techniques and interventions
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
