About the Role:

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized service to customers and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers in finding the perfect products, providing product recommendations, and promoting our brand's values and mission.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, and promoting sales and promotions.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assisting with cash handling, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participating in visual merchandising, including setting up displays, maintaining fixtures, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
