Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for every customer
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest Nike products and services
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and other retail operations as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, teammates, and management
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team-oriented environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other retail-related tasks
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
