Job Title: Senior Project Scheduler

Join Rosendin Electric, a leading electrical contractor, as a Senior Project Scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of project schedules, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and supporting project partners in delivering work-around scenarios to recover and improve project scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow site-specific and corporate schedule initiatives
  • Create and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Create, update, and maintain electrical construction schedules
  • Qualify GC schedule submissions
  • Monitor relationships, constraints, and milestones
  • Review critical path, cost loading, and schedule content
  • Review, create, and modify work breakdown structures (WBS)
  • Review schedule content and provide comparison schedule reports
  • Prepare site and corporate-specific schedule reports
  • Create and maintain Resource Loaded Schedules
  • Working knowledge and practical application of EVM (Earn Value Management) Scheduling
  • Schedule Change Management
Requirements:
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera Project Planner
  • Experience in using Microsoft Project
  • Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
  • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, vendors, clients, and others
What You Bring to Us:
  • High School Diploma, College Degree is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Scheduler utilizing Primavera P6
Travel and Working Conditions:

Minimum 25% - 50% travel to job sites and other satellite offices when necessary. General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
