Job Title: Provider Enrollment Specialist

ABC Home Medical Supply, Inc is a leading urological supply provider, offering a comprehensive line of medical supplies and services. As a Provider Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private health insurance companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Process initial enrollment applications, manage updates, revalidation, and re-credentialing for Medicare, Medicaid, and private health insurance companies.
  • Respond to requests for information from federal, state, and local agencies, as well as private insurance companies.
  • Complete initial applications, manage updates, and renewal applications for city, county, state, local business, and/or DME/HME licensing agencies.
  • Maintain and distribute company Liability certifications, W9s, and Accreditation certifications as required.
  • Maintain and manage company Surety Bonds, Secretary of State filings, and various company-specific documentation.
  • Maintain meticulous filing of all applications and provider communications.
  • Review, distribute, and disposition incoming list serve emails and provider communications.
  • Provide detailed communication on the status of applications and company enrollment projects.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Medicaid provider enrollment experience.
  • Ability to interact professionally and ethically with team members, management, government agencies, and commercial payers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise oral and written communications.
  • Ability to quickly assess licensing and enrollment situations and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to handle special requests in a sensitive, professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
  • Meticulous organization and filing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider enrollment experience.
  • Medicare enrollment experience (PECOS).
  • 5+ years of facility enrollment experience or relevant credentialing experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience.
  • Experience maintaining Liability Insurance and/or Surety Bonds.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex payer events.
