Key Responsibilities:

A typical day includes:

  • Overseeing schedules and cancellations for staff in the assigned state.
  • Acting as a liaison between families and therapists as necessary.
  • Updating relevant spreadsheets within the system.
  • Ensuring the effective use of client hours and therapist availability.
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure staffing needs are met.
  • Strategic planning to expand operations and optimize caseloads.
  • Working with management to enhance internal strategies.
  • Responding to patient communications in a timely manner.
  • Collecting consents and ABA documentation from patient families.
  • Verifying insurance eligibility and coverage details.
  • Documenting all changes and communications related to patient accounts as needed.
  • Maintaining efficient appointment scheduling, waitlist management, registration, patient flow, and discharge processes to improve patient satisfaction.
  • Addressing client issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communication role.
  • At least 2 years of experience with a strong understanding of management and strategic planning.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Energetic team player attitude.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, OneNote, and general computer skills.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
