Job Title:

County Director - Service Delivery Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced County Director to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of service delivery for our assigned county. This role involves supervising, coordinating, and implementing treatment programs at our designated regional office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Finance: Assist in developing project budgets and ensuring revenue and expenses are monitored and managed.
  • Treatment Program Oversight: Conduct random inspections of facilities and documentation to ensure compliance with contract standards and affiliation agreements.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual contract compliance reports, as well as QCMR data for all county programs.
  • NJMHAPP and Medicaid Billing: Monitor and approve weekly billing in conjunction with finance.
  • Credentials Verification: Maintain a system for review and verification of staff credentials prior to hire and as needed.
  • Supervision and Training: Provide feedback to local management staff and supervise clinical management of all behavioral health services.
Requirements:
  • A master's degree in a behavioral health discipline from an accredited school.
  • Seven years post-master's experience; five years supervisory experience.
  • A valid driver's license in good standing issued in the state of current residence.
