Position OverviewReflexive Concepts is in search of an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to enhance our dynamic team.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a robust expertise in Linux system management, VMWare, and troubleshooting capabilities, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work autonomously (demonstrating leadership and self-motivation).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in Linux systems administration - must be adept with command line operations and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with Windows Server environments.
  • Expertise in virtualization technologies, specifically VMWare.
  • Familiarity with Puppet, or a willingness to learn swiftly.
  • Support for SSP activities - including scanning, patching, maintaining documentation, and assisting with ATO processes.
  • Background in RF Signals is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Linux (CentOS7) systems engineering and administration.
  • Strong background in VMWare technologies.
  • Experience in system integration and administration.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, etc.).
  • Knowledge of RF Signals.
  • Experience with Puppet and Ansible scripting.
Essential Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Polygraph.
  • A minimum of twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope and complexity.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
    • Five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • CWIP Level I certification is required at the start; Level II certification is expected within six months.
