EHS Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Analyst to join our team at Staff Finders Inc. As an EHS Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and the environment.

• Develop and Implement EHS Programs: Create and deliver written health and safety programs and related training materials, including delivering training to all levels of management and employees.
• Conduct Risk Assessments: Facilitate in risk assessments, advising risk assessment teams on the assessment process, quantification of risks, and prioritizing risks for action.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, and all other federal, state, and local regulations).
• Provide Training and Support: Provide training for all employees in support of achieving 100% engagement in EHS, including behavior-based safety (BBS), ergonomics programs, risk assessment, EHS training, machine guarding, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with Teams: Serve as a plant resource for EHS-related activities, participate in incident investigations, and advise management on appropriate corrective actions.

• Education: Bachelors degree in EHS preferred. Candidates with related bachelors degrees, applicable Associate degrees, and/or experience will be considered.
• Experience: 2-3 years experience in EHS supporting a manufacturing / production facility.
• Skills: Knowledge and application of the training, documentation processes, and auditing of EHS policies.
