The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, with a strong focus on budget management, scheduling, and quality control. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects that meet or exceed specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and profitability.
  • Client Management: Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with commercial and industrial projects.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations; proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.
