Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a critical role in providing supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as chores, meal service, and laundry.
  • Facilitate daily phone calls with clients and communicate with treatment teams about individual client concerns.
  • Supervise self-administration of resident medications and maintain training in medication disbursement.
  • Provide transportation to clients for community outings and meetings.
  • Practice compliance with all policies, record keeping requirements, and assigned documentation.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
  • Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage for driving company vehicles.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00/hr to $25.80/hr based on education and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, and flexible spending accounts.
