Material Cutter Operator

At Great Lakes Dental Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Material Cutter Operator to join our team. As a Material Cutter Operator, you will be responsible for accurately cutting and packaging plastic sheets according to production specifications, ensuring quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:- Packaging: Package assembled product for stock, complete production forms as required.
- Receiving: Verify description, thickness, and sheet count, place product into Biocryl area.
- Biocryl: Cut plastic sheets and strips on shearing machine to within designated tolerances, perform quality control checks on sheets for marks as well as thickness and dimensional checks, punch plastic into circles or squares as per production schedule, package pieces into finished boxes and labels boxes, stock finished goods to proper locations in the warehouse.
- High School or equivalent.
- Good mechanical aptitude, basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply & divide), ability to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions.
- Previous experience running industrial equipment helpful, previous forklift experience helpful.
