Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Income Credit Analyst to join our Bank Loan Credit Research team. This individual will be responsible for providing fundamental credit research on bond and loan issuers in the North American and global credit markets. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our investment team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of credit issuers and their financial performance
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bank loan market and its trends
  • Provide investment recommendations to our portfolio managers and traders
  • Collaborate with our investment team to develop and implement investment strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments and regulatory changes
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a related role, including previous credit research experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Advanced degree or CFA/CAIA certification preferred

Wellington Management offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $100,000 to $150,000, as well as a discretionary corporate bonus and incentives. This position will be based in our global headquarters in Boston, MA.
