Falcon Farms stands as a premier distributor of fresh cut flowers across the United States. Established in 1987, we have expanded our operations to include 10 flower production farms located in Colombia and Ecuador. Our extensive commercial and distribution network spans Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Dallas, and Long Beach, enabling us to effectively serve national wholesale and mass market clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be available for early morning shifts.
- Operate a 26' refrigerated box truck and a 53' trailer safely.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, rules, and policies.
- Follow all safety protocols diligently.
- Pass drug screening and physical examinations; maintain a clean driving record.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate a positive customer service attitude.
- Responsible for loading and unloading pallets or racks.
- Understand and follow detailed instructions.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Comply with all DOT requirements.
- Show punctuality and reliability in attendance.
- Minimum of one year of driving experience required.
Licensing Requirements
- Must possess a valid CLASS A Driver License.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the driver to work in various environments, both indoors and outdoors, during day and night shifts. The role involves exposure to temperature fluctuations, vibrations, fumes, and dust. Physical activities include lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, sitting, walking, kneeling, and reaching.
