Process Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at Next Generation Career Coaching.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering or operations management within industrial processing systems.

This role demands a strong technical background, particularly in combustion management systems operation, as well as expertise in molten metal processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize industrial processing systems.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operations teams.
  • Travel up to 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or relevant field).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering or operations management within industrial processing environments.
  • Proven experience with combustion management systems operation is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with molten metal processing systems is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
