Job Title: Technical Leadership Role - Enterprise Infrastructure Manager

Overview

S R International Inc is seeking an experienced Technical Leadership Role - Enterprise Infrastructure Manager to lead our team of system administrators and engineers in managing our software and applications.

This role involves 75% people management/leadership and 25% hands-on technical work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. The manager will oversee the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information systems while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in leading technical teams in medium to large enterprise technology environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale infrastructure and software applications.
  • Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Docker Containers, Kubernetes, Linux and Windows Server environments, and SolarWinds Network Monitoring.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team of six system administrators and engineers. They should also have expertise in overseeing application development, deployment, and maintenance, as well as proficiency in AWS Public Cloud Infrastructure and infrastructure as code (e.g., CloudFormation, CodeCommit, CodePipeline).

The manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices, and will have a strong understanding of multi-tiered applications, automated SDLC pipelines, and software quality assurance best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A four-year college degree in computer systems design, computer science, or a related field.
  • Relevant technical certifications are advantageous but not required.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
